ABOUT US

 «UKRAINIAN АSSOCIATION PROSTHETIC and ORTHOPEDIC ENTERPRISES «ORTONET» (hereinafter referred to as the "Association") is a voluntary, non-governmental, non-trading, non-profit, self-regulated organization.

The Association is formed as a contractual association, which is not an economic partnership or an enterprise, and is based on an indefinite period of time.

The association is created without the purpose of profit. The founders (participants) of the Association do not receive direct income (dividends) from the declared activity.

The Association was created to promote the development of the prosthetic and orthopedic industry in Ukraine, representation of the interests of its founders (participants),involved in the production (provision of services, implementation) of technical means of rehabilitation, prosthetic and orthopedic products, medical equipment, orthopedic equipment, medical products, and other members involved with the prosthetic and orthopedic branch, and is kept only at the expense of contributions by the founders (participants). The Association is an economic association that does not engaged in entrepreneurial activities, except for receiving passive income.

The Association is established in accordance with the provisions of the Commercial and Civil Codes of Ukraine and acts in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation and the Statute. The Statute was developed in compliance with "Typical requirements for the creation of a business association for the general exemption from the prior authorization by the bodies of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for its creation".

Membership in the Association does not impose on its members any restrictions regarding their own economic or any other activity.

The bodies of the Association are:

1. The governing bodies of the Association:

• General Meeting of Association members.

• President of the Association.

2. Consultative and advisory body of the Association:

• Expert Council of the Association.

3. The Supervisory Body of the Association:

• Audit Committee of the Association.

4. According to the decision of the General Meeting, the Expert Council or the President, specialized working bodies (committees, councils, commissions, working groups, etc.) may be created in accordance with the provisions / regulations of these bodies. Specialized working bodies may be permanent or temporary.

The President of the Association is a permanent governing body - the sole executive body of the Association, which carries out general management of the Association activities during the period between the General Meetings. The President of the Association acts on the basis of the Association's Statute for the implementation of strategic, current plans and tasks, organizational, legal, informational and technical support activities, property and funds management, and other issues related to the implementation of statutory tasks and the purpose of the Association. The President is elected (from among the representatives of the actual members of the Association) and is dismissed by the General Meeting and is a hired employee. The President may have the first deputy, Vice Presidents of the Association.
